Two types of Microsoft software are available to Microsoft Authorized Refurbishers. Commercial licenses are available for for any type of home consumer or business through the Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher program. The citizenship licenses are only available for certain customer groups, such as non-profit charitable organizations, educational institutions and some other specially approved recipients. A Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher needs to join the Microsoft Registered Refurbisher program separately in order to access these licenses.
